About 84 Bravo Media Led by Photographer Dan Splaine
Every business has a story worth telling. My job is to make sure people can see it clearly.
I’m Dan Splaine, a commercial and editorial photographer based in Nashua, New Hampshire, and the founder of 84 Bravo Media. For decades, I’ve created images for corporate, industrial, advertising, and editorial clients—on factory floors, in boardrooms, on construction sites, aboard ships, and in remote locations around the world.
From Army Photographer to Visual Systems Builder
My photography career began as a Still Photographic Specialist in the U.S. Army, where the mission was simple: be prepared, stay technically sharp, and always come back with the image—no excuses, no matter the conditions. That discipline, adaptability, and problem‑solving mindset still underpin everything I do for clients today.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a location photography specialist on assignments across the U.S. and in dozens of countries, covering live events, industrial operations, maritime work, scientific expeditions, and corporate stories. I’ve shot in environments ranging from jungle canopies and glaciers to dense urban construction sites and executive offices, always with the same objective: communicate clearly and create the image that moves the story forward.
A Photojournalistic, Editorial Style for Serious Businesses
Before 84 Bravo, I spent years running Dan Splaine Photography, creating images for marketing, public relations, and editorial use for clients throughout New England and beyond. That work honed my photojournalistic, documentary approach—a minimal, unobtrusive style focused on truth, context, and character rather than staged perfection.
Today, 84 Bravo Media applies that same editorial sensibility to visual communication systems for B2B and industrial clients in southern New Hampshire, eastern Massachusetts, and the greater Boston region. I follow teams through real workdays, document authentic operations and processes, and capture the culture that makes each organization distinct, then organize those visuals into strategic libraries that marketing, sales, and recruiting teams can actually use.
Visual Systems for Serious Businesses
Most of my clients don’t just need “a photographer”; they need a partner who understands how images function inside a larger communication and growth strategy. That’s why 84 Bravo Media operates as a content factory and visual systems studio—not just a one‑off shoot provider.

Veteran-Owned, Problem-Solving at the Core
84 Bravo Media is a veteran‑owned visual communications company built on the belief that photography should solve business problems, not create new ones. Over my career, I’ve been part artist, part technician, part producer, and part logistician—comfortable managing complex productions and tight timelines while keeping the creative bar high.
If you need a visual communications partner who can walk into almost any environment, understand the story, and come back with images that work, that’s what I’ve been training for my entire professional life.
